Cajun Seasoning Blend

Cajun Seasoning Blend

I call this Cajun Seasoning Blend because that’s what I was going for when I created this recipe, but in reality, I use it more like an all-purpose seasoning. It is key to my jambalaya recipe (coming next week), but it’s also delicious sprinkled on all the meats, fish, roasted potatoes or sweet potatoes, mixed into quiche, and just about anything else you can think of. Mix up a big batch, store it in an old glass spice jar and get ready to spice up your cooking!

PS. The way I make this, it is not spicy, but you can certainly add more of the cayenne if you need a little extra heat in your life, I mean food.
